Queen bed in master with bathroom attached.

Guest bedroom has two twin beds.

The main living room has flat screen TV with comfortable sleeper sofa. The kitchen cabinets have been painted with granite countertops. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, pots, pans, serving dishes.

Clean and comfortable this is a great rental condo that is close to the Admirals Row pool and just a small walk to the large swimming pool at the resort which also features a small kiddie swimming pool and a tiki bar (Jamaica Joe’z) which serves light food and drinks.

We have the best section of beach on the island by our resort.

The resort has 55 acres of property and close to our condo just across the parking lot is a barbecue/grilling area. It is always a great way to end a day at the beach grilling and relaxing.

The island has over 200 restaurants to choose from, whatever your feeling like eating, it can be found on the island. We have some over the best restaurants around. Most of the restaurants are casual and it is always good to check if reservations are preferred.

The island has many activities to choose from and there is always something to do.

**DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST WE RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. WE DO OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR A MULTI-WEEK STAY. WE WILL ONLY DO SHORTER THAN A WEEK STAY IS IT IS A LAST MINUTE AND THAT WEEK HAS NOT BEEN RESERVED. FOR STAYS SHORTER THAN A WEEK THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

WELL MAINTAINED BY THE BEST….WE LIVE AND ARE AT THE RESORT DAILY SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY IF SOMETHING IS WRONG.

CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE WHICH CAN REPRESENT UP TO $20.00 LESS PER NIGHT WHEN CALCULATED.

ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN WE WILL TEXT YOU WHEN THE CONDO IS CLEAN AND READY FOR YOU TO ENJOY!!
